Goal
Analysis and redesign of all business activities of human resources management as a basis for introducing SAP R/3 HR.
Development of a monitoring and identification number system for managing and controlling business processes.
Method
IAP – Integrated Analysis Personnel; HR-strategy-definition, process design in workshops and documentation in ARIS; setting of key control quantities and derivation of identification numbers; organisation development.
Result
Co-ordinated new HR-processes and identification numbers as a basis for the introduction of SAP R/3.
